Breaking: PDP Primary; Ogbeide Ihama Agrees To Step Down For Obaseki

Gubernatorial aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State, Honorable Omoregie Ogbeide Ihama has agreed to step down for Mr. Godwin Obaseki, Governor of Edo State who recently decamped to the party to seek the second term ticket, according sources close the PDP.

Sources close to the PDP told Alltimepost.com, that Ihama is all for Obaseki. As at the time of going to press, multiple meetings were said to be taking place and that details of the agreement were still being worked out.

Part of the deal, Alltimepost.com was informed, is Ihama’s agreement for the withdrawal of the suit he instituted at Federal High Court in Port Harcourt against the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in relation to due process in the conduct of the party’s primary election.
