US Charter Flight Departs Middle East – State Department

United States charter flight of American citizens departed the Middle East on Wednesday in route to the homeland as part of the country’s ongoing efforts to assist Americans’ return home.

Additional flights will be surged across the region, the Department of State said in a press statement released by the office of the Spokesperson.

The Department advised American citizens in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Israel who are interested in its charter flight or ground transportation options to complete the Crisis Intake Form at mytravel.state.gov/s/crisis-intake or contact the State Department’s 24/7 Task Force at +1-202-501-4444.

For operational security purposes, additional information about ongoing transportation operations will not be released at this time, the Department said.
