Breaking News: Osinbajo Survives Helicopter Crash

Nigeria’s vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, has escaped death as his chopper helicopter crash landed in Kabba, Kogi State today.

His spokesperson, Mr. Laolu Akande, in a tweet, said, “VP Osinbajo’s Chopper crash lands in Kabba, but he and the entire crew (are) safe. He is continuing with his engagements and plans for the day in Kogi State.”

This is the second time Mr Osinbajo is surviving a helicopter crash, the first being in June last year when he narrowly escaped death after his chopper crash landed shortly following take-off in Gwagwalada area council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Osinbajo was in the area council to attend the graduation of 40 senior officers of the Nigeria Customs Service at the Customs College.
