Your Royal Majesty,

The entire members of Benin Club of Massachusetts, Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States of America wish to congratulate Your Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’ Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Erediauwa and all Your subjects at home and abroad, on the occasion of the celebration of  2014 Igue Festival.

Although, we are not physically present to join your Royal Majesty, we are there with you in spirit.  We appreciate your fatherly role as our Grand Patron and also need your prayers in our upcoming Igue celebration here in Boston on December 27, 2014.

We acknowledge with great honor, pride and admiration your fatherly and pragmatic leadership role in ensuring peace in and development of Edo State.

It is on record that since your historic ascension to the throne of one of the most respected, time-tested, time-honored and enduring kingdoms in the world, the state has witnessed peace and an unprecedented developmental stride in its history.

Many of us in the Diaspora who visited have always reported that the pulse of the entire state is felt immediately on arrival in Benin City – that great evidence of greater economic, commercial and educational activities abounds everywhere.

Thank you for collaborating with the state government to make these developments happen.

May your reign continue to guarantee all your subjects both at home and abroad good health, prosperity, peace and tranquility, Amen!

Long Live Your Royal Majesty!

Oba Ghato Okpere.
