Oba Ewuare II Felicitates With Muslims

Great Benin Monarch, His Royal Majesty, Ewuare II felicitates with the entire Muslims on the occasion of the 2018 Eid-el Malud celebration, marking the birth of Prophet Mohammed.

In statement signed today in Benin City, Edo State by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Desmond Agbama, Oba Ewuare II reminded Muslims to use the period to reflect on the teachings of Prophet Mohammed and endeavor to practice the virtues of Prophet Mohammed which include benevolence, love, piety and arms giving to the needy.

The Omo N’Oba charged Muslims to use the occasion to pray for the nation’s leaders as well as for a free, fair, credible and peaceful 2019 elections.

He wished Muslims a happy Eid-el Malud celebration and urged them to live in harmony with other Nigerians irrespective of tribe or religion.
