Hon Akpatason Promises To Complete 5,000-Capacity Mini Stadium In Akoko Edo

Edo lawmaker representing Akoko Edo Federal Constituency in the Nigerian National Assembly, Hon. Peter Akpatason has promised to complete a 5,000-capacity mini stadium for grassroots sports development.

The Deputy House leader, announced this in Ibillo during the inspection tour of the stadium at Akoko Edo local government areas of Edo state.

 Akpatason said completing the project would encourage sporting activities across the

locality.

The legislator says he will spare no effort to improve the youth through sports festivals , adding that sports were avenues for the youth to actualize  their talents.

Akpatason said he will do everything within available resources to provide necessary  sport Facilities for the teeming youths  in the Area.

The site Engineer,  Mr. Nemah Gojah  told Newsmen at the site of the project that the stage was set for pavilion erection adding that  as soon as they receive the letter of Bill  of Quantity, they will commence the full construction of the  mini stadium.
