Happy New Year And Thank You!

[dropcap]O[/dropcap]n behalf of the Board of Directors of Alltime Communications, Incorporated and the Editorial Board of Alltimepost.com, I sincerely greet, thank and wish you a happy and prosperous New Year.

We value and appreciate your support and will continue to count on you in our quest to fulfill our journalistic mission in the years ahead.

As we celebrate, please, let us pause to remember those who could not make it to the new year and pray God to grant their bereaved families and friends the fortitude to bear the loss. We must also not forget those who are unable to celebrate due to illness and/or hospitalization – they need our prayers.

Alltimepost.com is a vibrant independent and fearless online newspaper with the reputation of being the true mouthpiece of the public, an anti-corruption crusader and uncompromising defender of democracy, human rights and the environment, with accuracy, balance and objectivity being the hallmark of our operation.

We not only break, but give context or perspectives to the news. Special occasions like this, provide opportunity for sober reflections and the need to renew our pledge to you – that our first obligation, as trained journalists is to the truth, and loyalty to you citizens.

Let us all, especially sons and daughters of corrupt African nations (with special focus on Nigeria) take 2018 as a year of renewed vigor and sheer determination to fight corruption in all its ramifications because it is the only reason our people remain in abject poverty.

Nigeria is a nation endowed with enormous natural and human resources, but where few privileged people take possession of the nation’s wealth at the expense of the masses, and where massive looting has become synonymous with the name of the country.

Our corrupt leaders, including politicians and religious ministers must be held accountable for their actions to defraud the country and people. Nigerians must wake up – it is no longer a time to stand aloof and do nothing.

Let all those who have the blood of the masses in their palms receive the wrath of the people. We must all join forces with credible civil society organizations in Nigeria to fight this evil.

We must demand accountability and transparency from ex- Military Dictator, President Mohammadu Buhari, who came to power, promising to fight corruption and ease the lives of the Nigerian masses, but whose government, as we have come to know is embedded and infected with corrupt elements, many of whom are his close allies.

Alltimepost.com remains your trusted and unrestrained voice you must not fail to use. We welcome tips that would lead to investigation of what constitutes an issue of public interest.
