In line with the American spirit, Boston-based charitable organization, the Nigerian International Humanitarian Foundation of New England (NIHFNE) is giving out free turkeys to members of the community unable to feed their families during the Thanksgiving celebration slated for Thursday November 26, 2015.
NEFTNE’s Executive Director, Mrs. Omo Idusuyi said on Friday that families who are unable to provide Thanksgiving meals should come forward for turkeys and the ingredients to prepare them.
She said that in line with American values no one should go hungry, especially on Thanksgiving celebration day.
Members of the community in need, irrespective of racial, ethnic and religious background have been directed to go to 284 Boston Street in Lynn, MA or call her directly at 781-598-1224 to make their requests for turkeys.
